RHYME & BASS is a faceless music collective reimagining familiar childhood melodies through modern Black British and African production. UK Drill, Jersey Club, Afrobeats, UK Funky and Afroswing become the foundation for songs about resilience, growth, community, confidence and finding your own path.
Rooted in the warmth and energy of urban UK playgrounds, RHYME & BASS captures a slightly nostalgic yet undeniably modern sound. By pairing memory-evoking melodic structures with heavy bass and contemporary club riddims, the collective bridges generations and sounds.
